I would like to say this was a nice apartment complex. You can't beat getting a 3 br with 1400sq ft for $690. The office staff meaning Amanda and Vickie was always nice an helpful. If something couldn't get done it wasn't there fault. I realize it start with upper management and apparently they had no money to put back in this company. That is probably why they sold the property. I read some of the other comments about the office staff, but you can't blame them if they can't get something done that takes upper management to get off there butts and pay the bills. I did notice they had alot of eviction seeing the sits out. My comment to everyone is simple pay your rent and maybe they can afford to fix your maintenance in your apartment.
