I have lived at Lincoln for several years. I started out in the older phase, which was wonderful, but felt the need to transfer to the new phase. These apartments are awesome. I had the same problem with my screen door in phase, just like the previous person who wrote their comments. The only thing different was that I had no problem with management what so ever when I reported to them that my screen door was not working properly. It was simply stated to me that the older homes are nearly 14 years old. They are not able to replace the sliding screen doors due to the fact that they don't make them to fit these doors anymore. Ok, no big deal. I have only had pleasant encounters with each and ever member of this management team. Beth, Kim, Amber, Rachel, way to go girls!

To the person with the sliding door problem:

OPEN A WINDOW FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!

One more thing, move to phase 2, there are no screen doors over there to give ya trouble.
