We lived there for a year. Had no problems except some vandalism late at night to our vehicles. The apartment itself was very spacious, great closet space and sunroom off the livingroom was very cool. They needed to pay more attention to the trash piling up outside the compactors and the gate at the back of the complex was a pain because it was only open at certain times. Overall, we enjoyed living there.
