Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
This was actually in 1999, so they still must be doing the same thing. I didn't find out until I went to get another apartment and they checked my credit that I found out about it. I needed the new apartment fairly quickly and they wouldn't approve me until I paid Lincoln on the Green, so I was forced to pay without any opportunity for disputing it. I was never notified (even though the electric co. and phone co knew where to find me) and it was for over $300 for phantom 'kitchen cleaning' charges and 'wall damage' charges. STAY AWAY. It was nice while I lived their, but they got me after I left.
