I've only lived here for 3 months-I have a travel job, but I've had a great experience. The apartment I lived in seemed brand new-no problems. Although I've heard apartments in the front of the complex are the older ones-be sure to ask what you're getting. Parking was pretty much never a problem-right in front of my complex. Quiet neighbors.. The only complaint of mine is that it's a good 15 -20 minutes from all of the fun midtown/downtown memphis stuff-which I enjoy. Other than that, no complaints.
