I have lived here for 2 yrs and past 1.5 yrs have been a nightmare with the apt maintenance just going down day by day. The trash service is getting bad, it doesn't cleared for days and the entire area has flies and stinks bad. If you are 1st floor, it gets way too noisy with all the AC motors operating right next to your bedroom window. Pests is a HUGE problem with the management, not really bothered to help you. and yes, the staff is rude, slow and least bothered about your problems. It all looks good from outside but the apartment quality suffers in a big way. You just need to stay for 3 months to realise that its BAD. Can't wait to move out the day my lease is over!!

A/C units too noisy for you?! Maybe you'd rather sweat to death. And what do you expect, trash pickup ever 8 hours? Pests have ya down? My suggestion for remedying these annoyances is that you move into a grass hut within 100 miles of the arctic circle. No rackety A/C units, no bugs and no stinky summertime garbage. I think Canada's Nunavat Territory would suit you best, but then you'd have to sacrifice watching The Golden Girls on DirecTv as there's no coverage there. Life sure sucks!

I have a question, is the above responder (LRGJr72) a member of management? I'm just getting the idea that you will reply harshly to anyone's greivance. I understand (as a future tenant) that what one tenant may find annoying, another may overlook. Let the tenants rant, and just post a review explaining why YOU love LOG.

Hey LRGJr72, you must work for LOG! As far as trash is concerned, did you see how much trash collected last week before is was taken away? Write back that it didn't really happen that way, and next time it looks like a "mini-dump" out there I'll take a photo of it and post it online for everyone to see. Plus, I need to say this based on your response to soneone else before....Get over it you schmuck!

LRGjr72, why don't you just chill out? Just let the current tenants raise their voice. You must be LOG???s office staff ??? rude and arragont (as always). Where is your manner? I didn???t see your criticism on any good reviews, but you wrote a ton of nasty and bad criticism on those who posted bad review. That???s not right. No wonder the office staff???s rate is the lowest one.
