I absolutely dislike Lincoln on the Green. First of all, the management are very unprofessional and rude. They will discuss your business out in the lobby (if you let them). The Maintenance men are nice, however, they need to go and get more training. Our air conditioner leaks water into a bucket that we have to scoop out at least 3 times a day or the air will go off. Everytime you turn the kitchen sink on, it makes a very loud and nerve wrecking noise. The garbage dumpster is an eyesore right in the middle of the complex. Trash is constantly sitting outside the dumpster instead of inside. Then on top of all that, they have the nerve to have a gate at the back of the complex, but not one in the front, how stupid is that!

As if you didn't see the eyesore garbage compactor located "in the middle of the complex" BEFORE you signed the lease. I suppose if it were located on the edge of the complex you would ----- that it's too far from your unit. Nothing worse than a candy-ass moron trying to get even with staffers in a public forum. Maybe you'd get better results if you elevated your diplomacy beyond that of crabby 6 year-old.

Uhmmm.....excuse me. I live here! AND I've lived at places that are completely gated and it SUCKS when the gates break down and you cant get OUT! Give me a break here!!! And the trash, I see lazy people all of the time not throwing their trash down into the dump, so how is that managements fault! How stupid is that?

I finally agree with wahwah on this one. Some people around here are to lazy to walk up the steps and throw their garbage in the dumpster. This is not the management's fault. However, when the compactor wasn't working recently, it did take too long to get the trash company to come here to take away the garbage. THIS was the management's fault.
