I have lived at lived at Lincoln on the Green for almost 3 years and I have never had a noise problem. I have liveed in building 4,18, and 22. I have noticed that some residents here do not understand that you must open the door to the compactor and they will just sit their garbage outside the compactor or at the bottom of the stairs. Then people assume the compactor is full and take the path of least resistance and pile more garbage on top. I have no idea what the solution to the problem is but I see the groundskeepers out there constantly picking up trash that should have never been there such as large pieces of furniture that should heve been taken to the dump. The lack of respect for others in this area I know is a problem for the management. I wish there was some way to make the people making the mess pay for it directly. I dont plan to go anywhere and recomend LOG to all of my friends b/c I know Glenda, Shannon, or Elizabeth will lease them an apartment and give them the best deal possible. I even get a $200.00 referral check every time one of my friends moves in.

It's nice that you have friends here. It is also true that people are lazy with their trash. However, how can you account for this unprofessional response to the water issue today, and the awful number of ants and roaches in this complex. My wife is extremely clean in the kitchen, throws a fit if a glass is placed on the counter for 5 seconds if it isn't washed, and has to place all our food in plastic containers because the pest control doesn't come when they are supposed to, and when they do, they aren't effective because LOG uses the cheapest exterminators that can hire?

They have since changed extermination companies and they will send them new company out as many times as it takes. It's an apartment complex. Bugs happen when you have that many people living on top of one another. Name one apartment complex that doesn't have a bug every now and then.

hahaha i just think it is hilarious because it is SOOO obvious these people are from the management office! how would apartmentdweller know they switched companies!?
