I've lived here nearly one year now, and I'm quite happy with my one-bedroom apartment and the community in general.

The apartment itself is very spacious, especially for what I pay. The kitchen and bathroom appliances are all in fine condition, and the walls are thick enough that I very rarely hear my neighbors. As for the community, it's very safe by Memphis standards, and I haven't heard of a single instance of crime. There is more than enough parking for everyone, and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. It is also very pet-friendly-- lots of sidewalks and open space for my dog and I to enjoy.

However, I have had some bug problems, and my windows are not in the greatest condition. The community laundry machines are often broken, and there has not been a functioning hot tub since I moved in.

Staff are generally nice, though I haven't had much interaction with them.
