I have not had problems with staff members, but with neighbors. The walls are very thin and I can hear EVERYTHING in every apartment around me. I can even hear the plumbing throughout all my walls and people above me using the restroom. Music and T.V.'s are heard easily also.

It's funny to say bad neighbours bcoz there is nothing to do with neighbours. This is the poor/cheap quality construction, material been used. And you r not the only one suffering from this. Every one who stays in the old phase is suffering from the same problem.

That's funny. I lived in the old phase for over 5 years and never had a problem. They had to be really loud to hear the then through the walls. Actually, am looking to move bac cause I hate my current place now. My suggestion. Is stop your whining and find a better deal in the Germantownish and move there.
