I lived in LOG for little over 6 months and found it kind of Okay. I lived there as my office and school were nearby, otherwise the I never really fell in love with it. number of break in were really concerning.
Fortunately I never had to deal with staff except for couple of rent related issues which were sorted out to my satisfaction. I only interacted with Donna and Shannon who were good but again I was kind of lucky. I also got my deposit back within 3 weeks. There is one older lady who sit at the reception, man she was such a pain... totally non understanding.
Someone told me LOG is cheapest place in and around germantown, that being the case I would say the place is kind of not bad.
