It's been awhile since I lived there and it was already getting run down even then. I did not feel safe. Poorly lit walkways. I swear one night I heard footsteps inside the apartment and I was too scared to move.

There was at least two fires a year.

We had a mouse in our kitchen.

Some neighbors OK but noisy sometimes.

Apartments overall were old, run down, dated and depressing to live in. Blech.
