My family has lived at Lynnfield Place for almost a year. We will not be renewing our lease due to untimely repairs, spiders and large roaches. My four-year-old often finds me to tell me to kill spiders. This is unsafe and disgraceful. I have called the office for repairs and they have either not put in the work order or they will only finished "selected" tasks from the list submitted. Aside from the staff and maintenance, I really like the floorplan. We are in a 2BR that was rebuilt about 8 years ago, due to fire. The floorplan is great for roommates. I would not recommend this for families.
