Not a nice place to live

1)roaches in the apartments
2)managers sometimes don?t give work orders to maintenance workers when renters calls up.
3)Apartments are old
4)Managers don?t call you before services that might keep you out of your apartment for a couple of days. Forcing a renter to make quick decisions about where to stay.
