1) Bugs are a huge problem.
2) Office people don't care what happens to their tenants. It's all about getting you in the door and then leaving you to take care of the apartment. They don't give maintenance requests.
3) Apartments suck overall. They are drafty and old and worn down. I actually have floorboards that are sunken in upstairs. One day my trip from the bedroom to the living room will be through the floor, not down the stairs.
