I have lived in Lynnfield place for about a month now. So far, ever maintenance item I have pointed out has been addressed. Management had been submitted an invoice for the carpet being cleaned prior to my moving in but it had not. So they put in new carpet for me. The layout of the apartment is great, they are undergoing a massive rennovation putting up siding, replacing the walkway railings, new workout facility, centralizing the mailboxes and many other items. Although there were a few mistakes when I first moved in, the majority were timing as I had to bump up my move in date to accomodate my own scheduling issues. So far management has been great, responsive, caring and concerned. The price is great and I am extremely happy. I have a family living on either side of me, it is quiet even with the construction going on. I would recommend it to anyone.
