I wish we had found this site before we moved in! Raccoons live in the attic and chewed through the cable, they haven't patched the hole they're coming in from, we have 8-9 hornets outside the back porch at all times, maintenace takes FOREVER. Right before we moved in, the upstairs toilet flooded the whole townhome.. took them a full week to fix the place, and they didn't do half of what they were supposed to. The hot water's been dying slowly since we moved in. The brown recluses (yes, the poisoness ones) are in the townhome. I hate spiders. The guy next door likes to shoot his bb gun at animals in Lichterman's Nature Center. The toliets keep clogging because they won't fix the clogs in the sewers in the parking lot, and the "overflow" to the side of our townhome is covered with old dried up toilet paper and feces. They have yet to clean it up. The pest guy let my cat out in the pouring rain one Thursday. It took 3 hours for us to find her! Util bills suck here. Winter was spent freezing at 66 degrees and bills hitting just over $300. The washer that we rented broke, so they gave us a SMALLER one that is completely unbalanced, tears up the tile, and shakes when run empty, the dryer takes 1-1/2 hours to dry a load of clothes. They said it was "normal". Oh yeah, and my neighbor likes to watch porn at 3 in the morning, and listen to gangsta rap all afternoon/evening.

The good things:
Security has been good. I paged one of the police officers one night about a shady character and he responded imidiately. The lighting in the parking lots are great! The money is Ok for the square footage. ok as long as you don't mind the fighting with maintenace. ThHe security was worth it to start, but I"m ready to move! I hope they don't try what they've tried with other ppl...
