I moved in May and was never told about the no refund of deposit policy till I had signed all the paper work and got the keys. Some of the light fixtures are't fixed to date!Glad I don't have a small kid. Roaches are a daily occurence no matter how many times the pest man comes in. The maintenance do not fix anything so be handy when you move in. Beware of some rowdy kids you may have dents on your car every now and then. Management so lazy had the guts to put a note on the doors that cars should not be backed in parking lot coz it makes it had to check for expired tags and they will tow u if u do not abide with rules haaaaa.
