I've lived here for about 6 months and it was great when we moved in. But we told maintanence that our tub is clogged and that our back door wouldnt open and when it did, we couldnt get it to close. The only thing they fixed right away was the door. They havent even come by to check the tub at all. We love the little raccoon family that comes to visit us but they are so domesticated that they scratch on our door at night. The first time it rained when I first moved in, my kitchen was flooded in ants. I got those killed and got door and window blockers so rain nor bugs get it. Somehow, every night, I'll walk in the kitchen and there are these huge cockroaches. Thank god for having a cat! He kills them in a heart beat. If you can, get an alarm on your car that is sensative to touch. Every day, I go to my car and my neighbor and his "buddies" are sitting outside in the front leaning on other people's cars and there are some really expensive cars on my street. Also, "THE FLYING KIDS"...Normal people tell their kids to not play in the street, not to talk to strangers and to watch out for cars. I guess these parents dont care about their kids. Every night when I come home from work, there are kids riding on bikes in the middle of the street. Yeah, we stop for them but what if they dont move out of the way' Some kids dont even watch where they are going. They just run out in the middle of the street when a car is driving by and not even think to stop or look both ways before crossing. There are speed bumps but some ignorant idiots out there speed their butts off through them. If a kid gets hit by a car, it's their own fault because it's common sense to not jump out in front of cars unless you wanna die that day.
I DO RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ONLY IF:
1.) you are not a drug dealer
2.) you dont have kids younger than 10 years old
3.) you use common sense...literally!
4.) you have a cat that kills bugs
5.) you have an alarm on your car
