1- the townhome had NEVER been painted. It was dirty when I got the keys. The previous tenant had storm doors which had been removed and the door frames were messed up. I had no refrigerator upon moving in. Yhen my air conditioner went out. Did they giveme a fridge right away' no...They forgot about me for a whole week. They don't pass on phone calls at all. Then they took their tiome repairing my air conditioner. Then my icemaker didn't work. Worst of all was the varments from Lichterman coming over the fence and demanding to get into my home. Lizards would scratch at ym door and force their way in under the door. I tried to plug my hair dryer in and realized something ver important being wrong. I unscrewed the face plate and there were no wires behind it, meaning nothing to plug my hair dryer into. How bizarre is that' My apartment stayed between 85-90. The air conditioner sucked and never cooled down my apartment. I had tons of spiders on my patio. And honestly the grossest thing was that their pool was GREEn and filthy. My daughters father took our daughter to the pool one day and they were threatened to go back leave or the police would be called. My car got broken into while I was there. I have a Viper alarm too. (As if the light wouldn't give whoever the idea to not bother my car)...Overall I was very displeased with the staff and with the conditions of the apartment. I was ripped off and given a crappy townhome. The maintenance do not fix ANYTHING either. While living there men broke into several apartments too. I ran from that place. and the utility bills are God awful high. I went from a $80 a month from where I had previously lived bill to over $350 a month. Sad but very very VERY true. I'm in a better place now. Avoid Lynnfield though.
They may have new ownership in the office, but the maintenance crews are the same and the apartments are still poorly insulted. I cannot stress how poorly insulated they are. I used to have the managers unit too!!! You would think I would have had thebest kept one, but mine was crappy.
