It was not a good experience living here. I asked for a downstairs apartment because I have bad knee problems and I can't do stairs. So what do I get' A downstairs apartment...that I have to go downstairs to get to! And because it was basically like a basement, every time it rained it flooded outside my front door. The drain kept getting clogged up with mud and leaves. But did anyone fix it' No. And there's no overhead lighting anywhere except in the kitchen. But did they tell me that' No. And we had these little worm things that were EVERYWHERE! They looked like little centipedes or millipedes or whatever. And "waterbugs" everywhere! And the pool was gross.

And it seemed like they were always doing construction. When I first moved in they were in the process of a "face lift." Then a few months later the townhomes a few doors down burned down BECAUSE of the construction. So then MORE construction. I couldn't park anywhere. And it was constantly noisy. Then the rent went up by $60! Way too expensive for what I was getting. Then I only got half of my deposit back when I should've gotten the whole thing. I cleaned EVERYTHING! I vacuumed, I scrubbed the toilets, the windows, mopped, you name it. Then they took their sweet time mailing me the check. Look elsewhere before moving here.

Before moving in to an apt., most people would ask to see it. Therefore, you already would know that it's not on the ground floor, and you know that you need to bring lamps because you can see that the bedrooms don't have overhead lighting. Anyone who doesn't see these things has only themselves to blame.

How could townhouses down the road burn down because of construction at your complex? That doesn't make sense. I'm suspicious that this post is a personal vendetta, and is not accurate.
