If you're looking for a townhome don't come here, everything I've heard about them has been bad. If you're looking for a flat be sure to ask for up stairs because of break-ins, but be prepared to pay at least $125 a month, usually more for your utilities. And don't plan on the temp being below 78 during the summer days. Make them let you see your apartment before you sign the papers. Check out everything especially the AC and if you see something you don't like ask for a different unit. Be sure to pay attention to the window seats, if it looks like they've been wet ask for a different unit. My neighbors had mold growing on their furniture two weeks after they moved in. My other neighbor had a fire on her wall from the water in the window. Another neighbor had to move b/c they never fixed her AC right in the middle of the summer and she had a small child that had a medical condition. If you're lucky enough to get clean, respectful neighbors you'll enjoy living here as long as nothing major is wrong with your unit. That's why I recommend that you check it out before you sign anything.

Oh, and if you like rowdy teens while you're swimming then you'll love the pools, when they're open, this summer is a lot better than last, but there are still a lot of teens with no parents to supervise them. Last week they started a pool pass policy and I was told that a kid was arrested for attitude to an officer yesterday, but we'll see if that helps. Those kids run wild up there and my 5 year old got to witness a teenage cat fight with a ton of bad language a couple of weeks ago at the pool.

I used to work out at the fitness center when they first re-opened it with all new equipment, but lately the kids have torn up the equipment and they loiter up there so as a female you feel uncomfortable by yourself. If you're a big guy you won't have a problem, if the equipment isn't broken.

Oh, and if you live past the office don't expect them to ever care what the landscaping looks like and be prepared to dodge the pinecones on the walkways, stairs and parking lot. They'll never pick them up. For some reason they only take care of the streets before the office. Probably to attract new tenants.

If you want a pizza delivered from Papa John's be sure to place the order before 5pm b/c they don't come to Lynnfield after 6p. Apparently it's the hood.

I have lived here 5 years and am leaving next month. I have had a flood in my bedroom 4 months ago which has caused mold on the walls and in the carpet. I have been complaining for months and cant get anyone to come check it out. I have been begging to have things fixed in my apartment and have been told that they have to many maintenence tickets to handle. Like that is my problem. I have alot of other bills to pay but have ALWAYS paid my rent on time. I agree the kids at the pool are out of control. there are stray animals allowed to wander the premises. The staff's attitude is horrible. They wont return your calls. I cant wait to get out of this place
