I never had a problem with theft but I had a BIG problem with bugs. Spiders, roaches, and especially wasps were horribly problematic. Despite being very allergic to wasp stings, the management did absolutely nothing about the 20 or so wasp nests that had formed in the holes in the wood panelling in the apartment building. I had to have a friend go out and spray them. The spiders were not just normal house spiders, either. Several of them were brown recluses, which are poisonous and can cause necrosis. Fearing for my own safety, and my small child's, I moved out before my lease was finished and stayed elsewhere.
