I only wish I knew how bad this damn place was before I stepped foot into it. The first day i opened by door into the kitchen three roaches looked back and me and didnt even move. As far as maintenance there is none. From constant complaints about stuff needing to be fixed and nothing happen is was horrible. The staff there was incompetant beyond belief. Each time you put in a ticket for something to get fixed you would only have to come back a few days later to ask them to fix it again. God forbid they come fix something they do a half ass job and dont even clean up the mess they make. Oh and above off the walls a thiner than a starving child who has not eaten in weeks. I could hear my neighbors having sex on the other side of my wall many of times. It wasnt loud but it passes through the walls rather easy. Oh.... Did i mention the fact that its a lot of roaches. When I say a lot I mean i have not seen this many roaches in my life. Not normal ones either. Big black roaches that are so damn big they cant even run anymore they just try to waddle away from you. Sad very sad. I wouldnt tell anyone to live here even if they said you could move here for a year for free I wouldnt waste my time moving my stuff into this worthless apartment. Oh and yeah someone died in the place not by laying in bed dying alone. The damn girlfriend killed her boyfriend cop and stuffed him in the trunk of his car to sit there for days. I felt safe.......very.....safe.
