I have lived in Lynnfield Apartment for a little over a year now, and I would give it a rate of 50/50. We ,as renters, are to recv a perfect blend of quality living & location. The location is ok because quice is an nice area but why so close to the zoo. So if your too close to the zoo then you know the BUGS are gonna be everywhere (such as kitchens, bathrooms, walkway, your front door waiting on you & livingrooms). Living is fine in the day time. At night you see a lot of children walking and standing around. The club house is rented out alot by college students, so please dont expect to find a parking spot close to your door or get any sleep. Its best to request an apartment towards the front not pass the office. It seems like a different world in the back of the apartments complex. The pools look nice in the summer time but they are only cleaned once a month....Nasty! Last but not least, There is no maintenance department. The ladies in the office are the maintenance reps. So please give 2 to 3 months before a ticket is completed yet they will call you everyday. They have to close the office and will be back around noon. Thank you for shopping at Lynnfield place!!!
