Lynnfield is a joke, they flat out lie to you just to get you to sign a least agreement. There are wasps and roaches everywhere they have pest control to come out and it is a waste of money and time, you call the office and complaine about anything and before you can complete your sentence they have an excuse for everything. Amy and Joanne are jokes they look and act so unprofessional, and unconcerned. The maintentence personnel need to be fired and start all over the paint job in the apartment is so sloppy, there are cracks in the ceilings and they can never fix anything you ask for repairs to be made and they put you on the back burner, the neighbors are noisy, the floors make a loud cracking sound when you walk across the floor.The plumbing is so bad the walls are thin and the property as a whole is not kept up, there are constant problems through out the complex. Lynnfield will let anyone off the street live here and that is one of the reason the apartments are going down. To make this problem better one of the requirements should be that (all employees)in order to work here is that you should be made to live here in this hell hole and I think we would see some improvements maybe if their cars and apartments were broken into. The crime rate is out of control they say there is Security that is under cover well why is the crime still so high, where are they when we need them' The tentants should get together and contact the tv stations (Tarrence Bates at channel 30)and let them come out and see for themselves what it is like here, the rent is not cheap or at least not cheap enough to receive this type of treatment or maybe a Laywer should be contacted to find out what our rights are. IT IS NOT SAFE TO LIVE HERE. Once my lease is up I am gone.
