Lynnfield Place Apartments

I have lived at Lynnfield Place for 6 years total with a 1 year absence in between. I moved out because I could get a better price with more space. But after being away, I missed tha quality of service that I was receiving at Lynnfield until recently. The staff in the office have little regard with common sense reasoning some times. I use to brag on how wonderful Lynnfield Place was. They say that they have courtesy officers but you don't see them. They are clearly identifable when they are there but often times they are not. I work a late shift so I get home pretty late but I don't feel any safer now than I did before they were hired. The apartment complex is pretty big so how can 1 person cover the entire complex' It would make sense to have 2, one for the front and one for the back of the complex, if they are not sleeping.
As far the maintenace goes...I only contact them if there is something that I cannot fix myself. My dryer broke and I called and reported the problem. When it was still broken a week later, I called again. After a month and a half of calling, I just gave up. It still has not been fixed. One evening, I called the on-call maintenance man at around 12am. The water from my upstairs toliet was leaking into the light fixture downstairs and onto the carpet. It had been leaking for over 12 hours. He asked me could it wait until the next day and I came back with a really smart comment. Needless to say he decided that he better come on out. When her arrived, I see why he wanted to wait...he was wreaking of alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot red! He showed with with no id nothing. Now who is gonna let that person in.
Yea they have a basketball and tennis courts but it gets really hard to play tennis in a court that if full of cracks or play basketball on a goal that's missing the rim...
Lynnfield could be wonderful again if the office staff and mai

You would think after living there for 6 years you could of managed to take care of a house of your OWN! I can see where it is hard to get 2 steps ahead when your own community pulls you back about 5. Are you even involved in a neighborhood watch program or do you just sit in your house alone with nothing better to do than to ----- about something instead of doing something about it. It seems to me that when something is destoyed or stolen NOBODY sees or hears ANYTHING! That is the problem!! Talk about something you know to be FACT.
