This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

Unprofessional/Move In Scam

If you decide to move into these apartments. Please make sure you have EVERYTHING on writing. What they tell you on the phone is totally different once you began to sign papers. I was told I could not get certain fees back if I decided not move in. Wrong. I called a higher source and found out different. They are not really letting you move in a month free instead yoy have 2 weeks to move in to catch the GREAT DEAL! Whatever! Some of the staff members are to busy pinching and touching on one another they do not have the time to discuss any matter with you on a professional level. I was amazed at overall apperance of the property. Trust me, this is an upperclass PROJECT. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
