(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

I have been there now for 3 weeks and I haven't had any problems, but my leasing agent did advise me to purchase rental insurance. The area I live there are alot of Spanish people. Memphis has crime everywhere and that area is getting worse not just Watergrove. I got to work with four different leasing agents: Shateil has an attitude problem, Shannon was also unpleasant, Melody was o.k., but Ursula was really nice and helpful.

When talking about the staff you forgot to mention Courtney Lane
(leasing manager) the biggest ----- I ever met. She is such a liar.
