(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

I don't know WHAT Watergrove YOU live in,,, but NOT the one with the NEGATIVE reviews..!!!
You must either work there OR have friends/family that work there.
This place is a DUMP..!!!

UNSAFE. UNSECURE and UNCARING!!!

The staff are idots, and don't care.
Maintenance is there, but NOT enough to cover the property!
The apts are old, dingy, UN-insulated and NOT worth the time to live there.

I was GREATFUL my lease was up and I moved out!!!
Too bad you're not....

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
