(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

I'm a resident and I dislike the maintenance at Watergrove, they are extremely unprofessional and they never fix anything on time. I still have maintenance requests that hasn't been fulfilled. There's no one you can ever speak with and the management are unfriendly and never accomplish the tasks that are given. There's a break in every other week and securty is no being enforced. They're just trying to make a quick dollar to fix up there landscaping, but don't care anything about the residents concerns.
