(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

It's scary what happens in this community. The Manager is never available. Fogleman needs to push the apartments in that lake and start over. My living experience has been awful and I can't wait untilmy lease is up!
