Living at watergrove was my first apartment. It is terrible their. I have a maintenence list from the first week that i moved in that has not been tended to. i have lived here for two years. Everything in my apartment is broke. i wuld not refer my worst enemy to this place. After telling them your issues over two years you would think they would fix something!Then after being 1 day late on rent after two years of being on time they wanted to charge me $300 extra dollars!! They are ridiculous. That is why Watergrove will not get another penny of my money for those townhomes they call luxury. Are they kidding!!!!!!!They charge $25 extra dollars a month for the lake view. All the apartments have a lakeview. This is not harbor town. Dont Do it guys!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
