Your key to ending this lease lies within you. Write a letter, then wait. The write another letter, then wait. Read your lease. Within 30 days of writing a letter about the problem and the management does not respond, you can terminate your lease without penalty. That'll fix all the damn fees they try to charge you when you leave the ---- hole. They also refuse to do walk throughs before you leave the apartment, so take pictures of how you left it, in case you have to go to court with their dumb ---. And don't try the management company, they won't do ---- either. They leave it up to ------- to decide if you can terminate the lease or not. But fix her ---, leave a PAPER trail. Keep all the documents you fax to them, and if you take it to the office, have one of the stupid reps to sign the document copy stating that they received it. It's not your problem what they do with it at this point, they can throw it away for all you care, but at least you gave it to them. Take it from someone who has been there, and done that. EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATIONS!!! I'm having problems now because I didn't take pictures of every single little thing in and around the apartment when I moved. But at least I did get some pictures that prove what a trash pit I was living in. Don't let them get the better of you!!
