Honestly I have lived in a few horrible places but this one takes the cake. I have lived at Watergrove for 6 years (I know, why') and let me say this has been hell. The people here are some of the most devolved backwards apes you could imagine. People come here thinking that this is a good apartment complex but they never get to see the highlights: Notes from the office about armed robberys, Water cut off for repair, Drug dealings, Burglary, Vandalism.

The maintence crew are nearly as incompetant as the people that call them for help. They take their time and usually leave you for days/weeks/months at a time with a problem.

Seriously I have had others that moved or stayed here for a while think I was crazy when I told them to run not walk away from this place but after it was said and done all they could say was "I wish I had of listened to you."
