(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

Everything has been great living here, i am a white 23 year old business man and i have had no problems here. Management has been great to me, we also got to move in earlier than we were told. I do not feel scared at all.
