(user photo) Sewage all over the tiles, toilet not even mounted to floor (user photo) Mud and Sewage all over the back of the Toilet after they "fixed" everything...and nothing worked (user photo) So called Lakeview from the loft view. This has been like this for over 1 year. Ducks walk through this nasty swampy water. (user photo) Big pot holes in the streets within the apartment complex.

We have lived there for 13 months and it was hell! When we were moving out there were still broken things that were on moving in list and they just never fixed them.We had a lot of problems with our neighbours and had to call police several times.They didn`t bother to show up anyway, as soon as we mentioned that we lived in Watergrove.The management doesn`t want to be bothered so don`t waste your time and money.Same with the maintenance.If they show up they just exchange the broken parts with other broken parts from different units.And security is big joke.Overall,no matter what they tell you just leave and move somewhere else.Run,run as fast as you can.Anywhere else is better than at Watergrove!!!
