We have lived at Madison at Cypress Lakes for over a year now, we can honestly say that they have went above and beyond in all aspects of renting an apartment. The leasing staff were knowledgeable and helpful, we have never had any problems out of maintenance, they have been quick to respond to any issue. The quality of staff over here is fantastic,an example: the other day the pool and weight room were really overcrowded when we went to the weight room the next day there was an security Guard that was asking everyone for their name and what their address was, and he was comparing it to a list of residents (by the way,some people were asked to leave the property). The guards over here take notice of who lives here and who doesn't, we hope that the next place we move to is also just as attentive. The only reason we are moving is that we need a much bigger apartment.

Seriously this must be an employee writing this statement...Watergrove totally sucks...I moved out only after a month...maint did absolutely nothing, ants were taking over my apartment, them dam ducks made my front door a toilet, and the waterbugs are unbareable..so Employees at Watergrove stay off of here writing reviews. This is the most untruthful statement about this complex ever. People stay away it only looks good on the web and the nasty water only looks good from the street
