I lived in these apartments from February to July of 2002. I moved in with a friend who had lived there for many months before. When I moved in, there was a hole cut in the ceiling of the bathroom. I complained numorous times to have this fixed. Finally, one night when I heard something running around above me I demanded it fixed (no one lived in the apartment above us). Also, mold was impossible to keep off of the tile in the shower because the faucet in the tub was sticking out of the wall leaving a gap of about 3". One day, I went to get the blow dryer from under the sink and it was soaking wet. The pipes in the cabinet under the bathroom sink leaked horribly. One morning, I turned on the faucet in the kitchen and it shot off into the air, spraying water all over my apartment and ruining photos, and my cell phone that was setting on the counter. Also, where the carpet met the tile in the apartment, there was no covering, so if barefoot you would constantly cut your feet on the staples. Living there was fine, if the apartment would have been built properly. It was very quiet and had no problem with neighbors. Also, the woman who handled my application process was very rude and very unhelpful.
