I think the people from the complex office are responsible for the kudos on this site. Here?s scoop on The Alexan Wolf River. Currently the complex is struggling to reach full occupancy, the result of this effort is an apartment community seeded with undesirable, sufficiently annoying tenants. This is not the place to live if you are opposed to loud music pounding from apartments and cars at all hours, or coming home to the DEA busting your neighbors. The complex?s physical appearance, plus the smoke and mirrors the staff are required to create, are very deceiving to the unsuspecting client. Even with promises made from a new management staff, it is evident that the quality of people moving in will not improve.
Be wary of an attractive looking apartment complex with reasonable rent in Memphis.
