Good place but a few facts

This is a nice apartments- very roomy and fairly new. The staff is nice and is improving. But parking is a huge problem and the police ticket you if you are not in a spot. There are not enough spots even at 7pm. The office has no solution. Obviously they need to build more parking spots. Second Creighton College uses this as their dorm. Very plush accomodations for college students but I did not graduate from college to live in a dorm. Beer cans are all over the property. Hopefully this will change.
