Crichton College in Memphis uses some of these apartments as dorms for the students. It is far from luxury having teenagers breaking beer bottles in the parking lot, blaring music all hours of the night and leaving trash wherever they please. I can't wait until my lease it up. The leasing office does not tell you about this dorm deal when you are looking. You wont realize it until after you move in. Crichton's website even show's that campus living is provided by this apartment community.
