Overall the appartments are in good shape and are fairly nice. However, in my opinion are not worth the price that they cost to rent (mostly due to location). Also in a previous review someone mentioned the dorms rented out to Crichton College students and the problems that they cause. I would note that the Crichton students are not the problem. Crichton is a Christian Libral arts college that has about 40 students total in the complex. However, there are other college students who attend University of Memphis and other schools who live their,as well as young people who are not in school. The Crichton students are strictly watched by the R.A's that live on campus as well and would not be able to get away with the kind of behavior mentioned in the previous review. Furthermore, the point about College Football is based on ignorance because Crichton isn't even large enough to have a football team. I have also heard noise on occasion but it has never been a big problem and has been rare in my experience.
As far as the parking it is a big problem, it has got a little better since managment has issues permits but is still an inconvenience.
Another problem is the pet problem. A large amount of the residents have pets who use the restroom all over the grass and sometimes even on the side walk. Managment has sent out notices warning residets but as far as I know no action has been taken and the problem has never got any better.
