Maintenance usually answered work orders the next day except during last summer's storm. The women by the pool provided some great scenary. Apartments are spacious and provide an "open" feeling. However, walls are too thin and parking is a huge problem. Management seems to come and go each month, some are nice and some are asshats. If I had to rent again, I'd say no because they were quite pricey and I think I could get about the same for less in the area.
