I have lived here for a year and a half. The apartment has gone down hill. Cars have been broken into, trash is everywhere. people roam the parking lots at all hours, bugs in the apartments, noisy if located near the dorm rooms. Yes this apartment houses a college. The staff says they will help but little is done. Sadly it is attracting a rough group of people. I moved out and will pay 2 months on my lease due to the fact I did not feel safe.
