Good place but Bad parking

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived in these apartments for 9 months, I can say it is pretty safe. The only thing I hate is there is no parking. One time it took me an hour to find a place to park, the next day I had a ticket for a hundred dollars on my car. The staff is great. The apartments are clean for the most part.
