Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
try living in the building where the alarm is pulled; I don't mind parking at the next building, but in my case, parking is usually only available 3 bldgs down. Even the illegal parking spaces are taken. Rental rate is a bit pricey to not be able to park anywhere near your building. I've had it - and I'm moving.
