I have lived at the Madison for almost a year now and I can say that it is definitely not as bad as some of the previous comments that have been posted. However, there are some drawbacks as well as good things. The good things include: lovely interior floorplans, friendly staff, reasonable rent pricing, safe overall

The drawbacks include: parking(inconvenient)& only one garbage compactor to dump trash

All in in all despite the drawbacks, I'm satisfied
