Overall, I really enjoyed the apartment. It was the safest I could find in the Memphis area. The location is a great mid-point, you can get almost anywhere within the city in 20 minutes.
The apartment staff is cordial. They often supposedly write down a maintence request and either it is not sent to the maintence staff or they maintence staff never bothered fixing the problem.
The maintence staff has a high turn over rate. It seems every three months there is a new crew. Consistancy in the crew could be the problem.
The main problems I have had were clogged shower drains (which occurs monthly), continous wasps nests on balcony, silver fish bugs in every corner of the walls, leaking toilet, fire alarm has pulled as a prank by some drunk residence three times, and a wierd stalker guy. To me these problems were annoying and it did take a long time to fix the problems, but layout and size of the apartment models were worth it. The two bedroom model is huge, great square footage. Everything was new when I moved in, but since it is cheaply built, it was and is going to fall apart quickly.
Overall, the I loved my actual apartment so much that I could tolerate all the downfalls about the complex itself.
