A apartment was broken into on june 8, 2002 by the Grounds Keeper at Alexan Wolf River.
The Property Manager knew the Grounds Keeper took the key from the office, she knew the police were called out because the Grounds Keeper was cought in the apartment around 2:00 am. She did not fire the employee, she did not even suspend him. The Property Manager let him continue to work at the property, walking the grounds like he did not have a care in the world. It took over a week before the employee was let go. The reason the property manager gave was that he had been drinking at the time he was cought in the apartment. With management this poor this property is on a fast track to no where.The residents do not feel safe at all. The residents really have no reason to feel safe, not when the manager can't even fire an employee that burglarized a resident's apartment. As long as this manager is at this property it is not a safe place to live. She made that even more clear today when she put out a property letter statting everyone is responsable for their own safty and personal belongings. I hope higer management takes control and gets her out of the office before it's to late. All of the resident's here are so sorry the old property manager let. If she was here none of this would be happening.
